Week 7: Feb 5

A big week for Arley... First we had a Dr.'s appt:
10lbs 2.5oz | 23.125" (officially)
For those of you playing at home, that's a gain of over 3lbs and 3" in the last month, bumping her up to the 50th percentile in weight and keeping her in the 9oth+ percentile for length. If she keeps this growth rate up, by the time she's 2 years old she'll be 6 feet tall and 75lbs.... Kate Moss watch out.


Then we ventured down south to spend time with family. We had a great time with Arley's grandparents and she also got to meet her great granddad as well as her (second) cousin Ani.... quite a pair aren't they?




Arely not only got her first taste of playing (great grandma's) piano, but she also tried her hand at a little punk rock.






Arley dresses up for Grandma's birthday party (her first dress) but isn't sure she is ready for the high-fashion runway quite yet, but the grandparents did manage to snap a great family pic on our way out of town.
