My role: Built the whole thing from the ground up: Generated idea, founded company, generated modular scalable architecture, wrote biz & dev plan, created patent, managed development, site design & usability, created content, SEO, integrated Adwords & Analytics + PayPal, bug tracking, led marketing & advertising.
Usability: Rapid prototyping, Photoshop wireframes, user interviews & surveys, a-b testing, use case & scenarios, cognitve walkthroughs, click-stream analysis, & customer segmentation.
